These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "Account Holder") and ct999d ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), accessible at https://ct999d.cam. These Terms govern all access to and use of the ct999d website, mobile-optimised interface, gaming services, sports betting markets, promotional offers, and any related features or functionality.

By creating a ct999d account, depositing funds, accessing any game or betting market, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account.

Use of the ct999d Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. ct999d takes underage gambling extremely seriously and reserves the right to request age verification documents at any stage.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. Individuals under legal guardianship, or who lack contractual capacity for any reason, are not eligible to register.
• Jurisdiction: You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable national or local legislation. Determining your legal eligibility is your sole responsibility.
• Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on ct999d or on any other gambling platform where cross-platform exclusion obligations apply. Registering while self-excluded is a material breach of these Terms.
• Single Account: You may hold only one registered Account on ct999d. Operating multiple accounts, including under different names, email addresses or payment methods, is strictly prohibited.
• Own Identity: You must register solely in your own name and using your own verified identity documents. Registering on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to operate your Account, is prohibited.

To access betting markets, casino games and other services on ct999d, you must complete the registration process and create a verified Account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, truthful and complete information including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address and valid email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any two-factor authentication codes with any third party. ct999d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

• All Account information must be kept current. You must promptly notify ct999d of any change to your registered name, address or contact details.
• ct999d reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.
• Accounts registered using false or misleading information are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of funds without prior notice.
• You must notify ct999d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect that your Account has been accessed by any unauthorised party.

ct999d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and identity verification standards. KYC completion is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal request. ct999d reserves the right to request KYC documentation at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to withdrawal, or in response to any transaction flagged by the Platform's compliance systems.

For Pakistani users, the standard KYC documentation requirements are as follows:

• Government-Issued Photo ID: A valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) — both front and back — or a valid Pakistani passport. The document must be current, clearly legible and unaltered.
• Proof of Address: Where required, a utility bill (electricity, gas) or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days confirming your residential address.
• Selfie / Liveness Verification: A photograph of the Account holder holding the submitted ID document, or a short liveness video, may be required to confirm that the Account holder and document holder are the same individual.
• Payment Method Verification: Documentation confirming ownership of any payment method used to deposit funds, where required by compliance review.

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on ct999d are subject to the terms set out in this clause. The availability of specific payment methods, applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timelines are published in the Platform's cashier section and may be updated from time to time. Users are advised to check the live cashier for current information.

Pakistani Payment Context: ct999d may reference payment channels familiar to Pakistani users, including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah as context for the types of local payment infrastructure Pakistani users may be familiar with. These references do not imply that any of these providers endorse, support or permit use of their services for gambling transactions. Users must independently verify that their chosen payment method is available in the Platform's live cashier and that use of that method is consistent with the provider's own terms of service and applicable local law.

• Deposit Responsibility: All deposits are the sole responsibility of the Account holder. Deposits made from payment accounts not registered in the Account holder's name may be declined and returned.
• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount required to activate a promotional offer is stated on the applicable promotion. A deposit below the stated minimum will not trigger the corresponding bonus.
• Withdrawal Conditions: Withdrawals will only be processed following satisfactory completion of KYC. The withdrawal method must ordinarily match the deposit method. Processing timelines are estimates only and may vary due to KYC status, payment network conditions, bank processing queues, and compliance review requirements.

• Currency: Accounts for Pakistani users display balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform reserves the right to apply currency conversion where technically required by payment network settlement processes.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or reversal through your payment provider without first contacting ct999d support is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account suspension.

The following general betting rules apply to all sports betting and casino wagering activity on ct999d. Sport-specific and game-specific rules may supplement these general provisions and are published within the relevant market or game interface.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to ct999d's acceptance at the time of placement. The Platform reserves the right to decline any bet, in whole or in part, without providing a reason. A bet is confirmed only when the Platform issues a confirmed bet receipt.
• Odds Changes: Odds displayed are subject to change until a bet is confirmed. In-play odds update continuously to reflect match conditions. The odds confirmed at the time of bet acceptance are final.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled; where manifest pricing errors are identified; or where the relevant market rules specify voiding conditions. Voided bets result in a full stake return to the Account Balance.
• Result Disputes: Official result sources as determined by ct999d shall be final for settlement purposes. Disputes regarding settlement must be submitted within 30 days of the relevant event result being published.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal caps may apply. These limits are disclosed in the cashier section and may vary by Account tier and verification level.
• Cricket Markets: PSL, T20 International, ICC tournament, ODI and Test cricket markets are subject to the specific cricket market rules published on the Platform. In the event of a shortened match, reduced-overs rules as specified by the organising body (e.g., Duckworth-Lewis-Stern for ODIs) will apply where relevant.

All promotional offers made available on ct999d are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer. Players are strongly advised to read those specific terms before accepting any bonus. The general principles below apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's terms explicitly state otherwise.

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering requirement expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 25×, 30×). The wagering requirement must be completed in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Example: a PKR 5,000 bonus with a 25× wagering requirement requires PKR 125,000 in total eligible wagers.
• Maximum Bet During Rollover: While a wagering requirement is active, single bets are typically capped at a specified amount (commonly PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per bet). Placing bets above this cap during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward clearing a wagering requirement. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino table games may contribute a lower percentage (e.g., 10%–20%); some games contribute 0%. Contribution tables are published on the relevant promotion page.
• Bonus Expiry: Promotional offers and any associated wagering requirements expire within the period stated on the promotion — typically between 7 and 30 days from the date of award. Uncompleted requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.
• Sticky vs Non-Sticky Bonuses: A sticky (non-cashable) bonus balance is deducted at the point of withdrawal — only net winnings above the bonus amount may be withdrawn. A non-sticky (cashable) bonus may be withdrawn together with winnings upon rollover completion. The type is specified on each promotion.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Where a promotion specifies a maximum cash-out cap, winnings derived from that bonus may not exceed that figure regardless of actual winnings generated. Any amount above the cap will be removed at withdrawal.
• Minimum Deposit to Trigger: Where a bonus requires a qualifying deposit, only deposits meeting or exceeding the stated minimum will activate the offer. Depositing below the stated threshold will not trigger the bonus retroactively.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus offer may be active at any time. Attempting to stack bonuses may result in the secondary bonus being voided.
• Operator Discretion: ct999d reserves the right to amend, withdraw or cancel any promotional offer at any time with reasonable notice. Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim promotions, will result in Account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

The following actions constitute prohibited conduct on the ct999d Platform. Engaging in any of the behaviours listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.

• Multiple Accounts: Creating, operating or benefiting from more than one Account for any purpose, including to circumvent deposit limits, claim multiple bonuses, or evade a self-exclusion or account closure.
• Fraudulent Activity: Using stolen, unauthorised or fraudulently obtained payment credentials; engaging in chargeback fraud; submitting falsified KYC documentation; or using the Platform to launder funds.
• Automated Betting Software: Using bots, macros, automated scripts, or any software that places bets or interacts with the Platform outside of normal human-controlled browser usage.
• Collusion: Conspiring with other players or with any third party to exploit game mechanics, share cards or information, or otherwise gain an unfair advantage in any game or market.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any technical malfunction, pricing error, system error or obvious mistake in odds or game payouts. Winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Matched Betting / Arbitrage Abuse: Using the Platform primarily to arbitrage risk across multiple operators in a manner that constitutes abuse of promotional terms, rather than genuine recreational wagering.
• Account Transfer: Transferring, selling, gifting or assigning your Account, Account Balance or any promotional entitlement to any other person.
• Underage Access: Attempting to register or access the Platform while under the minimum eligible age. ct999d will report suspected underage access to applicable authorities where legally required.

ct999d is committed to providing a safe and responsible gambling environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help players manage their gambling activity. These tools are available through Account settings and can be activated immediately without requiring a support request.

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately. A limit increase is subject to a mandatory review period before becoming active.
• Loss Limits: Players may set a maximum net loss amount over a defined rolling period. On reaching the limit, no further deposits or wagers are permitted until the period resets or the limit is adjusted in accordance with the review process.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may set session duration alerts that trigger a reminder notification after a specified time period has elapsed during a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for a specified period (minimum 24 hours up to permanent closure). Self-exclusion takes effect immediately upon request. During a self-exclusion period, ct999d will not send promotional communications to the excluded player.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a cooling-off period of up to 30 days during which Account access is restricted but not permanently closed.
• Reality Check: An optional feature that displays the duration and net result of the current session at regular intervals to promote informed decision-making.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing or publishing any Platform content without express written authorisation
• Reverse engineering, decompiling or disassembling any software element of the Platform
• Creating derivative works based on Platform content or functionality
• Using ct999d's brand name, logo or trademarks in any external publication, social media profile or marketing material without express written permission

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ct999d and its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform
• Any loss of funds arising from unauthorised Account access where such access resulted from your failure to maintain credential security
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate odds, scores or statistics published on the Platform in error, where such errors are corrected within a reasonable time
• Service interruptions caused by third-party infrastructure failures, network outages, or force majeure events
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is restricted or prohibited

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

ct999d reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, except where earlier implementation is required by applicable law or regulatory obligation.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease all use of the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the operator's licensing jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, except where otherwise required by applicable consumer protection legislation in the User's country of residence.

Pakistani users expressly acknowledge that: (a) the governing law of these Terms is not Pakistani law; (b) ct999d does not claim to be licensed or authorised under Pakistani law; (c) the user's participation is subject to applicable Pakistani law including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977; and (d) the User is solely responsible for determining the legality of their participation and for any legal consequences arising therefrom.
